Experiment with Essential Oils

Do you ever wonder what to do with essential oils?  There are many things that can be accomplished just by diffusing oils.  Diffusing oils is a natural way to get relief from allergies, relaxation for mediation and also to give your home or office a spring clean scent.  If you don't wish to invest in a diffuser you can always use a regular cooking pot with water on the stove and just add your oils to it and let it boil.  Remember to use a pot that you won't use for cooking as not all essential oils are edible.  Below I will post some recipes for different oils and what they are for.
