Ways to take care of yourself if you are an empath during these difficult times.
For those of us who are empaths times like these can be even more difficult than for the ordinary person. As empaths we tend to pick up on everyone's energy be it fear, anxiety or just plain helplessness. I’m going to give you a few tips to help you stay focused and positive. ♦ Meditate ♦ Drink plenty of water ♦ If you need to go out set your intentions and surround yourself with the white light of protection ♦ Ask yourself if what you are feeling is yours or if you picked up on someone else's energy ♦ Use our crystal especially the black obsidian ♦ Ask the universe to release whatever it is you are feeling ♦ Most importantly stay away from the news you don't need to absorb all the fear they are putting out
